Yachtprojects International – further information

    • Time and expense to discover if it is warranty or otherwise is not covered.
    • Shipping to and any returns are not covered.

    • Manufacturer warranty takes preference over ours on all parts and the final decision on any claim is theirs while parts are under their warranty.

    • Travel, shipping or other incurred expenses are not covered by this warranty, YachtProjects or Headhunter is not responsible for any Direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or liabilities that may arise from any warranty event.
    • Servicing is not included in a warranty under any circumstance.

Headhunter Products & Services

Headhunter will repair or replace any part of the Royal Flush station (the Station) within five years of the original purchase, if the Station is determined by the factory to be defective. This warranty is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. The decision to repair or replace the Station shall be made at the sole discretion of
    Headhunter, Inc.
  2. The station shall be properly installed and used in accordance with the instructions
    packed with the product
  3. Repairs shall not be made without written factory authorization.
  4. Proof of purchase shall be provided.
  5. The Station shall not be misused, abused or altered in any way.
  6. The Station (or component) shall be returned to Headhunter, Inc. for warranty evaluation

The warranty shall be invalidated by the following.

  1. Repairs made by anyone other than factory personnel or an authorized Headhunter representative.
  2. Use of the Station (or any component) to perform duties other than those for which the product was intended.
  3. Physical damage or alterations to the Station or any component.
  4. Product labels that are missing or modified.

HEADHUNTER PUMPS

Headhunter will repair or replace any part of any Headhunter pump (the Pump) within two years of the original purchase, if the Pump is determined by the factory to be defective. This warranty is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. The decision to repair or replace the Pump shall be made at the sole discretion of Headhunter, Inc.
  2. The Pump shall be properly installed and used in accordance with the instructions packed with the Pump.
  3. Repairs shall not be made without written factory authorization.
  4. Proof of purchase shall be provided.
  5. The Pump shall not be misused, abused or altered in any way.
  6. The Pump (or component) shall be returned to Headhunter, Inc. for warranty evaluation.

The warranty shall be invalidated by the following:

  1. Repairs made by anyone other than factory personnel or an authorized Headhunter representative.
  2. Use of the Pump (or any component) to perform duties other than those for which the product was intended.
  3. Physical damage or alterations to the Pump or any component.

HEADHUNTER TANK SENTRY FLUID LEVEL MONITORS

Headhunter will repair or replace any part of any Headhunter Tank Sentry Fluid Level Monitor (the Tank Sentry) within one year of the original purchase, if the Tank Sentry is determined by the factory to be defective. This warranty is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. The Tank Sentry shall be properly installed and used in accordance with the instructions
    packed with the product.
  2. Repairs shall not be made without written factory authorization.
  3. Proof of purchase shall be provided.
  4. The product shall not be misused, abused or altered in any way.
  5. The product shall be returned to Headhunter, Inc. for warranty evaluation.

The warranty shall be invalidated by the following:

  2. Use of the Tank Sentry (or any component) to perform duties other than those for which
    the product was intended.
  3. Physical damage or alterations to the Tank Sentry or any component.

HEADHUNTER POLYETHYLENE TANKS

If the tank or its components provided by Headhunter fail within one year after the date of sale, Headhunter will make the necessary repairs or furnish a new replacement tank, or at its option, refund the purchase price of any tank found, upon inspection by Headhunter to be defective in workmanship or\ material. This warranty is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Repairs shall not be made without written factory authorization.
  2. Proof of purchase shall be provided.
  3. The product shall not be misused, abused or altered in any way.
  4. The product shall be returned to Headhunter, Inc. for warranty evaluation.

The warranty shall be invalidated by the following:

  1. Repairs made by anyone other than factory personnel or an authorized Headhunter representative.
  2. Failures resulting from abuse, accident or negligence, including but not limited to, the  use of chemical substances harmful to the unit.
  3. Physical damage or alterations to the tank.

 

Intellian

The product is warranted by Intellian Technologies Inc. to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of THREE (3) YEARS on parts and a TWO (2) YEAR on labor from the purchased date of the product.

Travel, shipping or other incurred expenses are not covered by this warranty, Intellian is not responsible for any Direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or liabilities that may arise from any warranty event. Intellian Technologies warranty does not apply to product that has been damaged and subjected to accident, abuse, misuse, non-authorized modification, incorrect and/or non-authorized service, or to a product on which the serial number has been altered, mutilated or removed. Proof of purchase or installation date is required within 6 months from date of antenna shipment from Intellian Technologies. Intellian Technologies, will (at its sole discretion) repair or replace during the warranty period any product which is proven to be defective in materials or workmanship, in accordance with the relevant product warranty policy.

All products returned to Intellian Technologies, during the warranty period must be accompanied by a Service Case reference number issued by the dealer/distributor from Intellian Technologies, and (where applicable) a copy of the purchase receipt as a proof of purchase date, prior to shipment. Alternatively, you may bring the product to an authorized Intellian Technologies, dealer/distributor for repair.

Miscellaneous items purchased from Yachtprojects International on
behalf of their customers

Miscellaneous items and parts purchased by YachtProjects International on behalf of their customer has the same manufacturer warranty. This will vary from one manufacturer to another, but generally speaking will only cover parts, sometimes labour (for a limited time) but NOT travel or travel expenses if an onsite visit is required for whatever reason.

Warranty is not guaranteed for every problem, such as when someone drops their phone or engages in some form of negligent behavior.
