Having worked both at sea and ashore, she understands projects from multiple perspectives—crew, technical, operational, management and ownership. This depth of experience brings a practical, hands-on approach to complex refits, new-build supervision, engineering challenges and representing owners’ interests in shipyards worldwide.

Her experienced leadership helps anticipate problems before they become costly, make practical decisions when challenges arise, and ensure that budgets, schedules and quality are protected throughout the project.
