YachtProjects support staff are available for support 24/7, Supporting any of our products of services that we offer for both technical or emergency support. Support staff are available though phone or email customers will also have access to a dedicated support portal where they can log tickets.
YachtProjects Computer and network systems have been designed to be maintained and supported remotely over the ships Internet connection. Our critical systems are even designed to be supported over slow high latency connections such as FBB and Iridium.
YachtProjects Support team will attend vessels in the next available port for emergency support which can not be resolved remotely. The Support team will also complete maintenance on VSAT, Server and Networking systems onboard the vessel.
